摘要
阐述了数控机床加工误差产生的原因,在已有的数控机床在线检测模型基础上,分析了数控加工误差补偿原理,提出了基于多体系统理论的误差建模的规律性,从而只要确定了相邻体间的位置特征、运动特征,就能找到对应的特征矩阵和变换矩阵。每对相邻体间变换矩阵确定后,按照误差模型规则便可以得到误差模型公式,载入辨识好的误差参数可得数值解,从而进行相应补偿。实践结果表明,该误差补偿技术大大提高了机床的加工精度,具有实用性。
This paper described source of mismachining tolerance for CNC machine tools,and analyzed the principle of CNC machining's error compensation on the basis of the existing on-line detection model of CNC machine tools.It brought forward regularity of error modeling based on multi-body system,accordingly,the corresponding characteristic matrix and transformation matrix can be found as long as the location features and sports features between the adjacent body are determined.In accordance with the rules of error model,the formula of error model and the numerical solution can be obtained to compensate error according to loading the identified error parameter.As a result,the compensation can greatly improve the machining accuracy of machine tools.
