摘要
快速暂态过电压对1000 kV GIS设备的危害性比对500 kV及以下的系统要大得多,必须引起足够的重视。使用EMTP软件,仿真分析了晋东南特高压GIS变电站本期单母一回出线一回主变运行工况下,操作出线隔离开关和变压器侧隔离开关产生的VFTO波形和幅值。在不采取限制措施的情况下,GIS本体最高VFTO达2.09 pu。研究了隔离开关加装并联电阻后VFTO的抑制情况,分析了并联电阻接入时间与VFTO最大值和并联电阻吸收能量的关系。当加装500Ω并联电阻后,VFTO最大值下降到1.30 pu,抑制效果理想。
VFTO could cause larger damage to 1000 kV GIS equipments than to those of 500 kV and lower systems.Using EMTP,the VFTO generated in Jindongnan 1000 kV GIS substation while operating disconnecting switches is simulated and analyzed.Results show that the maximum amplitude of VFTO is up to 2.09 pu and the suppressive effect on VFTO of DS shunt resistor is simulated.The relation between access time of shunt resistance maximum VFTO and energy absorption of shunt resistance is analyzed.With 500 Ω resistor installed in the DS,the maximum VFTO drops to 1.30 pu,showing great suppressive effect.
