摘要
针对有机茶园不能使用任何化学农药,而黑刺粉虱又是四川有机茶园中发生普遍、危害严重,且缺乏防治手段的现状,利用黑刺粉虱成虫对性诱剂和黄颜色的趋性,2009~2010年开展了性诱剂+黄板组合技术控制黑刺粉虱的试验。结果显示:①在黄板密度相同情况下,性诱剂+黄板组合板(3板/区)与对照纯黄板(3板/区)相比,挂板后20 d组合板诱杀黑刺粉虱成虫总数为9618头/区,对照板为6410头/区,组合板诱虫量增加50.05%,两者之间的差异达到0.05显著水平;田间幼虫虫口减退率组合板处理为54.59%,对照黄板为31.09%,相差23.50%,表明性诱剂效果明显。②挂板后20 d,组合板挂板密度每小区2、3、4和5板4种处理,累计诱杀黑刺粉虱成虫依次为6195、9618、11860和12276头/区,田间幼虫虫口减退率顺次为48.01%、54.59%、63.93%和53.69%,以挂板密度每小区4板的效果最好,即每667m2使用性诱组合板20个左右,是控制茶园黑刺粉虱最经济、有效的密度。按照每667 m2使用20个组合板的标准,2010年进行大面积示范结果表明:挂板后25 d,组合板控制田间诱虫的效果比对照纯黄板提高21.18%。由此可见,组合板控制黑刺粉虱成虫和幼虫的效果明显,优于传统纯黄板对照,可作为控制有机茶园和普通茶园黑刺粉虱的有效手段在生产上推广应用。
The experiment of the combination of sex pheromone and yellow board(3 boards/ area) to controlling Aleurocanthus spiniferus was conducted from 2009 to 2010.The results showed that,(i)under the same density of yellow board,compared with CK(yellow check-board,3 boards/area),the quantity of the killed Aleurocanthus spiniferus was 9618 after 20 days from hanging the boards by the combination of sex pheromone and yellow board(3 boards/ area),only 6410 by yellow check-board(3 boards/ area).The difference reached 0.05 significant level.(ii)after 20 days from hanging the boards,when the density of combination was 2,3,4,5 boards/area,the killed Aleurocanthus spiniferus was 6195,9618,11 860 and 12 276,respectively.Accordingly,the decresae rate of larva Aleurocanthus spiniferus was 48.01 %,54.59 %,63.93 % and 53.69 %.When the density was 4 boards /area,the control effects was best to control Aleurocanthus spiniferus.The results of large area demonstration showed that,after 25 d from hanging the boards,the effects of the combitination board was increased 21.18 % than that of CK.Therefore,the control effects on Aleurocanthus spiniferus by the combination of sex pheromone and yellow board was superior to CK.The conclusionss was drawn that the the combination of sex pheromone and yellow board as an effective way should be promoted application in organic and common tea garden in production.
