节杆菌降烟碱增香作用机理的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用节杆菌属细菌(Arthrobacter sp.)降解烟碱是国际研究的热点,Arthrobacter sp.4号菌株和9号菌株是本实验室分离筛选出的具有较佳降碱增香作用的优良微生物菌株。本研究通过节杆菌胞内、胞外分离物进行降解烟碱测试,测试液中均无明显的颜色变化,吸光值也较小,说明其对烟碱的降解机理比较复杂,因此当以降低烟叶烟碱含量为目的时,不能直接使用其无菌滤液。 Degradation of nicotine by Arthrobacter sp.was an international research focus.Arthrobacter sp.4 and 9,strains isolated sections of this laboratory had a better degradation of nicotine and increasing of aroma.The test of intracellular and extracellar material of Arthrobacter sp.degradation of nicotine showed that the color change was not obvious,and absorption values were also smaller,indicating its degradation mechanism of nicotine was more complex.So its sterile filtrate could not be directly used for degradation of nicotine.
