储藏时间对花椰菜种子活力及生理生化性状的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Storing Duration on Vigor and Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Cauliflower Seeds

摘要 为了明确花椰菜种子储藏过程中的种子活力及相关生理生化水平的变化状况,以储藏1、2、4年的花椰菜Yuan-H和Yuan-I种子为材料,调查了不同储藏时间下种子活力、田间出苗和相关生理生化指标。结果表明:花椰菜种子储藏1~2年,种子活力、田间成苗率降低不明显,平均出苗时间增加不明显,而幼苗苗高、干重和真叶数有明显降低趋势;储藏4年,发芽率〈60%,苗高等幼苗素质明显受抑。随着储藏时间的增加,种子中SOD、POD、CAT和脱氢酶活性显著降低,MDA含量显著增加,叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量变化因品种和储藏时间而异。种子活力、成苗率与SOD、POD和脱氢酶活性显著正相关(P〈0.5),与MDA含量极显著负相关(P〈0.01)。 In order to determine the changes of seed vigor and relative physiological and biochemical characteristics during storage,seed vigor,seedling establishment in field and some physiological and biochemical traits were investigated by cauliflower Yuan-H and Yuan-I seeds,which were stored for 1,2 and 4 years.Results showed that,storing for 1-2 years,the seed vigor,seedling establishment rate in field and mean time of seedling establishment were affected un-obviously,while seedling height,seedling dry weight and number of true leaves decreased significantly;storing for 4 years,the seed vigor down below 60 % and seedling growth were inhibited significantly.During seed storing,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and dehydrogenase reduced significantly,while MDA content increased markedly;the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein changed differently with the species and storing time.The seed vigor and seedling establishment rate in field were positively correlated with activities of SOD,POD and dehydrogenas(P0.05)and negatively correlated with MDA content(P0.01),significantly.
