摘要
利用68对SSR标记对江苏省生产上应用的5个粳稻杂交组合的杂种F1及其亲本进行扩增。结果表明：在68对引物中有15对在亲本中表现出稳定的多态性且在杂种F1表现为父母本互补带型引物,每个组合获得了6~9对多态性引物,不同组合间多态性频率在8.8%~13.2%。引物RM5629和RM259可以区分5个组合内的亲本和杂交种,引物RM224不仅可以区分除86优8号以外的4个组合的组合内F1及亲本种子,可以同时区分3个不同的组合。
Five Japonica hybrid rice combinations and its parents which applied in Jiangsu province were amplified by 68 pairs SSR primers.The result showed that 15 out of 68 pairs of SSR primers showed stable polymorphism between the male and female parents and amplified complementary bands in F1.6-9 pairs of SSR primers were selected for every combination.The polymorphism frequency among different combinations ranged from 8.8 % to 13.2 %.The purity of five hybrid japonica rice combinations could be identified by using RM5629 and RM259.RM224 not only could identify the purity of the other four combinations expet Changyou1hao but also could distinguish 3 combinations simultaneously.
