小潮气量联合低PEEP通气在肝移植手术肺损伤保护中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 肝病晚期保守治疗效果差,肝移植手术是治疗晚期肝病的最有效手段。许多肝病晚期患者术前并发不同程度的肺部疾病,术中特别是无肝期和新肝期容易出现急性肺水肿和肺损伤等肺部相关并发症。近年来我科在肝移植手术中采用小潮气量、低呼气末正压(positive and expiratory pressure,PEEP)通气来预防肺部并发症,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下。
