摘要
研究了耐火浇注料用复合减水剂WSM-R的母液在喷雾干燥时的离心式雾化器回转速度和干燥空气温度对其最终产品使用性能的影响,发现通过改变回转速度和干燥温度可以很好地改变减水剂粉体的使用性能,以18000.r min-1的喷雾转速,配合260℃的进气干燥温度,可以获得最佳性能的复合高效减水剂WSM-R,进而获得更快的润湿速度和更好的减水效果,从而明显改善耐火浇注料的流动性能。
The mother liquid of the composite water reducer WSM-R was sprayed and dried in a centrifugal spraying device.Influences of centrifugal speed and drying air temperature on the performance of the final products were studied.It is found that the proper centrifugal speed and drying temperature can well improve the performance of water reducer powder.The best water reducer can be obtained with spraying centrifugal speed of 18 000 r·min-1 and drying temperature of 260 ℃ which enhances the wetting speed and water reducing effect,improving the flow ability of the refractory castables obviously.
