摘要
针对我国目前薪酬体系的问题,提出构建以胜任力为基础的薪酬体系。从阐述胜任力的发展历程及其内涵入手,剖析了基于胜任力构建薪酬体系的必要性,提出了构建基于胜任力的薪酬体系的3个步骤,即建立胜任力模型、胜任力评价及等级划分、胜任力等级与薪酬等级挂钩。
In respect to the problem of compensation system, this paper promotes a new compensation system based on competency. Starting with the history and the concept of competency, it explains the necessity of compensation system design based on competency. Then a three-step compensation system based on competency is presented as follows: Step 1, the formulation of a competency model; Step 2, competence evaluation and ranking; Step 3, correlation of competency ranking and salary ranking.
