烧结温度对锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO_2结构与电化学性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Sintering Temperature on the Structure and Electrochemical Property of LiCoO 2

摘要 LiCoO 2 for cathode of lithium ion battery has been prepared by evaporating a mixture solution of Li 2CO 3 and Co(CH 3COO) 2·4H 2O in molar ratio of 12 and sintering at different temperatures. The XRD, SEM and electrochemical measurements showed that the product obtained from sintering at 800 ℃ for 6 hours has regular spheroid distribution, small size and the best electrochemical property.
