Study on the law of the B Z oscillation reaction with ferrous o phenantroline ion catalyst was made under the conditions of 253.7nm ultraviolet light without illumination.In the experiments some new waveforms of this system were observed that haven't been reported before.On the basis of the experimental results,a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of the function of ultraviolet light in the oscillation process is made.
