摘要
目的:探讨成人龈下残根采用正畸与修复联合保存治疗的效果。方法:选择成人龈下残根患者20例,残根根面至少一侧位于龈下2～3mm。用正畸方法将残根进行牙合向伸长移动到龈上1mm以上,保持3个月后进行金属烤瓷桩冠修复。结果:残根修复后,修复体在形态、功能,美学均达到了较完美的效果。结论:正畸与修复联合保存治疗龈下残根具有良好的修复效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combination of orthodontic and prosthetic for adult sub-gingival roots residues.Methods 20 adults with sub-gingival root residues 2-3mm below gingiva which at least one side were selected.Orthodontic treatment was undertaken to extrude root residues to more than 1mm above the gingiva.After 3 months vepairing,restorations were made of porcelain fused to metal crowr（PFN） Results The restorations had perfect effects in morphology,function and aesthetics.Conclusion Combination of orthodontic and prosthetic treatments for adult sub-gingival root residues produced good results for dental restorations.
