摘要
TEACO2激光器工作时会产生强烈的电磁干扰,这种干扰会使其控制系统中的液晶显示屏发生显示数据混乱、甚至无显示等现象。文章对TEACO2激光器系统的电磁干扰和液晶显示模块进行了测试及分析。通过对液晶显示模块进行电磁屏蔽、对液晶显示模块的显示区域进行双层屏蔽、供电电源隔离滤波、数据线电缆适当缩短等措施,有效地抑制了激光器对液晶显示模块的电磁干扰。实验结果表明:所设计的屏蔽措施在全部电磁干扰频带内效能满足需求,其中在34MHz处磁场屏蔽效能为56.2dB,供电电源已无干扰出现,液晶显示模块能稳定显示数据。结果说明:采取传导和辐射干扰的电磁兼容性加固措施,能够使液晶显示模块在强烈电磁干扰环境中稳定可靠地工作。
TEA CO2 laser can generate great electromagnetic interference (EMI) during its operation which makes LCD data disorder and even no display.The measurements and analysis are conducted for EMI and LCD module in this paper.Through electromagnetic screen for LCD module and display area,insulating and filtering for supply source,suitable shorten for data cable,EMC of laser to LCD module is effectively suppressed.The experimental results show that the capability of the designed screen in all EMI frequency bands can satisfy the requirement which the effectiveness of shielding is 56.2 dB in 34 MHz.There is not EMI for supply source and LCD module can show data stably.The results show that using EMC reinforcements for conducted and radiated interference can make LCD module work stably and reliably in the environment of intense EMI.
