摘要
绩效管理是路桥企业管理的一项重要组成部分。针对山西省路桥企业绩效管理工作存在的几点误区,提出了健全、优化我省路桥企业绩效管理机制的几点建议。
The performance management is an important component of the management of the road bridge enterprise.In the light of some improper ideas existing in the performance management of Shanxi＇s road bridge enterprises,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting and optimizing the performance management system in Shanxi＇s road bridge construction enterprises.
