摘要
针对南风集团硫化碱分公司应用原煤粉燃烧器存在的缺陷,选用中国科学院广州能源研究所研制的新型煤粉燃烧器进行改进试验,在分析试验结果的基础上,提出了解决煤粉燃烧器存在问题的方案,并探讨了煤粉燃烧器在硫化碱生产中应用的合理性。
In the light of some defects existing in the original powdered coal burner applied in Sodium Sulfurate Producing Branch Company of Nafine Chemistry Group,this paper selects a new-type powdered coal burner developed by Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion under Chinese Academy of Sciences to conduct the improvement test,and based on the analysis on the test results,puts forward some solutions for solving the problems existing in the powdered coal burner,and probes into the rationality of applying the powdered coal burner in the production of sodium sulfurate.
