摘要
研究了满意度调查进入美国高校的背景,既指出了学生满意度调查已成为教育发达国家的高校改善校生关系、提高教育服务质量的有效手段,同时也提出了学生满意度调查目前在我国还没有受到足够的重视以及对相关问题的研究还很欠缺的问题,进而以高等教育的服务质量观为指导,以普通高校体育教育为研究对象,在总结和借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,结合我国普通高等院校体育教育的特点,对普通高校体育教育质量学生满意度形成及其影响因素进行了较深入的研究与分析,并探索性地对普通高校体育教育质量评价模型进行了构建。
The author researched the background of introduction of the satisfaction investigation in American universities and pointed out that students＇ satisfaction degree has become effective means to improve the relationship between universities and students and enhance educational service quality in the educational developed country.In China,students＇ satisfaction degree has not been paid enough attention and lack in-depth study of related issues.Thus,guided by the concept of high educational service quality,the paper targets at the higher education institutes,reviews the existing academic results in the issues and combines the characteristics of China＇s higher education institutes（HEIs） to conduct an in-depth research on the forming and affecting factors of the students＇ satisfaction level on the P.E.education quality in the HEIs and makes a tentative to build the quality evaluation model of the P.E.education in the HEIs.
