摘要
近年来,随着土地供应的紧张,许多建筑物不得不建造在填垫了大量回填土的池塘、洼地上,由于回填时间较短且土层较厚,通常需要进行地基处理才能满足上部结构对承载力和沉降的要求。灌浆法由于具有施工简单、速度快、造价低且对周围环境影响较小等优点在处理填土地基方面应用较广。以天津市滨海新区某工程为例,详细介绍了灌浆法在填土地基处理中的应用。
In recent years,along with the strained land supply,people have to construct many buildings on ponds and bottom land filled with a great quantity of backfill soil.Because of the shorter backfilling time and the thicker soil layer,the ground must be treated for satisfying the requirements of the upper structure for the settlement and bearing capacity.The grouting method is widely used in the treatment of filled ground because of its advantages such as the simple construction,fast speed,low construction cost,and less environmental influence.Taking a certain engineering in Binhai New Area of Tianjin City as an example,this paper makes detailed introduction to the application of grouting method in consolidation treatment of filled ground.
