This paper expounds the concepts and features of vulnerable groups,analyzes the survival conditions and ideological conditions of China's vulnerable groups,discusses the importance and urgency of the problem of showing concern for vulnerable groups,and puts forward some basic methods and paths for solving the problem of vulnerable groups.
