摘要
根据上海市统计局提供的1980、1985 和1990~1997 年的上海市城乡居民粳米消费量的测算资料,分全市消费总量,城镇居民、农村居民和流动人口消费量4 个部分,着重分析了90年代以后影响粳米消费量的主要因素。分析认为90 年代以前的粳米消费量主要受粮食种植结构、供给体制的制约,其后的粳米消费量变化主要与生活费收入提高、食品结构多元化及人口数量等因素密切相关。并提出了上海国有粮食企业在粳谷收购调运时的主要决策参考点。
In this paper,based on the data of round shaped rice consum ptions of Shanghaicity and countryside livers in 1980,1985 and from 1990 to 1997,the m ajor factors influencing the totalround shaped rice consum ption,the round shaped rice consum ptions of tow nspeople,countryside people and floating people are analysed.The results show :before the 1990s,the grain crops planting structure and provisionm ent system affected the round shaped rice consum ption;and from the 1990s,the round shaped rice consum ption related closely to the increased living level and com plexed food structure.In addition,the m ain referentialpointsin m aking policies ofthe purchase,allocation and transportofround shaped rice are proposed for the state run grain exterprises in Shanghai.
