摘要
介绍了我国高校图书馆中虚拟参考咨询的应用及发展现状,结合实际,对高校图书馆提出了有效利用高校潜在资源,实行高校虚拟参考咨询联盟的建议。
This paper introduces the current application and development of the virtual reference service in university libraries in China,and connecting with the reality,puts forward some suggestions for university libraries to make effective use of potential resources in universities and implementing the virtual reference service alliance of universities.
