探讨了高校图书馆在数字化及数字参考咨询服务中存在的著作权问题,阐述了著作权保护的核心要义在于平衡权利人、权利持有人和用户的利益。
This paper probes into the problem of copyright existing in the digitalization and digital reference service of university library,and expounds that the core substance of copyright protection is to balance the interests among the obliges,right holders and users.
