摘要
通过分析南京信息工程大学图书馆试行学科馆员制度的现状和问题,提出实行学科馆员制度要从员工素质建设、文献资源建设、学科信息服务、关心学生读者、服务环境优化等方面入手,使大气科学学科及相关学科馆员制度顺利有效地实行,在图书馆培养个性化、专业化人才方面起到积极作用。
Through analyzing the present situation of and problems existing in the trial implementation of subject librarian system in the library of Nanjing University of Information Science Technology,this paper points out that the implementation of subject librarian system should start from aspects of the improvement of librarians qualities,the construction of document resources,the concern for student readers,and the optimization of service environment,etc.,making the subject of atmospheric science and relevant subject librarian system be implemented smoothly and effectively and play an active role in library＇s cultivation of personalized and specialized talents.
