摘要
通过介绍培根、谢拉的图书馆价值观和3个宣言昭示的图书馆价值观,提出了新时期的图书馆价值观。指出一个好的图书馆应该在本国或本地区的建设中起到积极的作用,促进该国或该地区以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展,为社会和谐作出贡献。
Through introducing the library values puts presented by Bacon and Sierra and the library values shown in three Declarations,this paper puts forward the library values of the new period,and points out that a good library should play an active role in a national or regional construction,promote the people-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the country or the region,and contribute to the social harmony.
