摘要
经不同农药处理4 h 时,水稻联合固氮菌菌株NGH111 和EH1113 存活率在48.1%~59.4% 范围内,活菌的浓度大于109/m L。用8 种除草剂处理联合固氮工程菌(简称工程菌菌剂),存活率分别为30.2% ~83.7% 。在液体菌剂中加4% 甘油,于室温条件下保存2 个月,存活率为10% ,活菌数达108/m L。固体菌剂以草炭为介质,先于28℃培养4~5 d,后置4℃保存3 个月,存活率为50% ,活菌数达109/g。
The viabilities ofstrains NGH111 and EH1113 treated for 4 hours by several different pesticides w ere betw een 48.1% ~59.4% ,and the living bacteria w ere m ore than 109/m L.During the treatm ents ofvarious herbicides for 4 hours,the viabilities falldow n to 30.2% ~83.7% .Afterthe liquid cellculture containing 4% glycerolhad been stored atroom tem perature for tw o m onths,the viability ofthe bacteria w as 10% and the num ber of living bacteria w as 108/m L.When cells w ere innoculated into peat and cultured at 28℃for 4~5 days and then the solid cellculture w as preserved at 4℃for 3 m onths,the viability ofcells w as 50% and the num berofliving cells w as 109/g for the culture.
