Experimental research for proportioning of the vibration-free aggregate concrete

摘要 对免振捣混凝土配合比设计方法进行了研究,采用基于绝对密实体积法的轻骨料混凝土配合比设计方法,正交试验分析矿物掺合料、水泥、轻骨料等对轻骨料混凝土的影响,确定主要影响因素和用量比例,配制出高性能的免振捣混凝土。 This paper has conducted the research for vibration-free lightweight aggregate concrete with the design theory and the method for proportioning of the concrete.It proposes and uses the dense volumn theory design method,through analysis material amounts used about admixture,pulverized coal ash,cement,and lightweight aggregate,which influences the structure of lightweight aggregate concrete.Then determines the proportion of various materials to compound the vibration-free lightweight aggregate concrete.
