摘要
温度应力是大体积混凝土开裂的主要原因,为了控制混凝土温度裂缝的发展,有必要对结构的温度场和温度应力运用有限元方法分析。利用ANSYS有限元软件,通过对斗轮机基础计算模型的仿真分析和工程实际量测,将计算机的分析结果与实际测试结果进行比较,得到了其温度场和温度应力的分布规律,找到了控制温度裂缝的关键时间。结果表明,在温度应力发展关键时期采取降温措施,可以有效降低混凝土内部温度应力,减少混凝土裂缝的出现。
Many cracks of the mass concrete are caused by the temperature stress.It is necessary to analyse the temperature field and thermal stress by using the Finite Element Method for controlling the development of concrete temperature crack.By using the software of ANSYS to anal-yse the computing model of a foundation of the bucket wheel machine and the experiment on the construction sitet,he regularity of distribution of the temperature field and thermal stress was attaineda,s well as the crucial term of controlling of temperature crack.The result shows that thermal stress can be efficiently decreased,and appearance of concrete crack can be reduced via adopting the falling temperature method.
