自密实混凝土工作性能影响因素分析与评价 被引量:9

摘要 研究了原材料组分(高效减水剂、矿物掺合料)和配合比参数(砂率、水胶比、胶凝材料用量)对自密实混凝土工作性能的影响。结果表明:砂率是影响自密实混凝土拌合物匀质性和填充性的重要因素,本试验条件下合理砂率为50%~55%;20%粉煤灰复掺5%硅粉体系自密实混凝土表现出较好的流动性和黏聚性,但同时也需要高效率的高效减水剂并增大减水剂掺量来克服硅粉所产生的巨大内聚力,聚羧酸系高性能减水剂是配制自密实混凝土的理想外加剂;水胶比的增加将降低浆体的黏度,在较高水胶比体系下,可通过适当掺加硅粉或者增黏剂以满足浆体的黏聚性;硅粉在低胶凝材料用量体系中能起到较好的稳定作用。 The factors affecting workability of self-compacting concrete(SCC) such as materials(superplasticizer,mineral admixtures)and mix parameters(sand ratio,W/B,binder content) were investigated.The results showed that sand ratio was important factor affecting uniformity and filling ability of SCC,optimum sand ratio was 50%~55% in this paper.Perfect flowability and stability of SCC were gained when combined 20% fly ash(FA) with 5% silica fume(SF),but,high efficiency superplasticizer as well as more dosage of it was needed to reduce huge cohesion induced by SF particles,co-polymer was founded perfect to SCC.The viscosity of mixture was reduced with the increase of W/B,and so SF or viscosity-modifier was useful to improve its cohesiveness.Paste volume was the most important factor affecting workability of SCC.SF was founded again to play an excellent role in maintaining stability under the condition of low binder content.
