SEM experiment investigation of reactive powder concrete after high temperature burnt

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的显微结构进行观察,分析了高温作用后RPC内部微观结构的变化情况。重点研究水化产物C-S-H凝胶形貌和骨料界面区。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,C-S-H凝胶变化明显,由致密石状体形态变为大块分散相,且出现分层;而骨料界面区由于浆体收缩和骨料膨胀形成裂缝,这些微观结构的变化是RPC宏观力学性能恶化的根本原因。 The microstructure of reactive power concrete was observed and analyzed by SEM technique.The inner microstructure transformation after high temperature burnt was investigated in this paper.Mainly surveyed the characteristics of C-S-H gel and aggregates interface areas.The results shows below:as the temperature rises,C-S-H gel shape changes evidently,from compacted stone like matter which accumulated by flat particles to discrete phases with chunk matter.Cracks formed by slurry contraction and aggregates expansion.These changes of microstructure are the basic reason which cause the material degradation.
