摘要
针对车身覆盖件虚拟冲压线系统大装配体的运动仿真,为了能实现实时的交互仿真操作,提出基于一层装配关系和装配骨架的数字样机建模方法。先由零件实体或多边形面片模型及其装配骨架模型组装成为小的功能体,即子装配体,再由子装配体及其运动骨架模型组装成为整体设备,即根装配体,为了避免重复约束,简化仿真运动的求解复杂性,根装配体中具有相对运动关系的子部件必须是各自只具有一层装配关系的零部件或者是子装配体,即"一层"装配方法;装配骨架模型是通过重构零件的装配基准信息而抽象来的,并映射到虚拟零件模型上,从而使模型具有参数化、自动化,能自动装配不同型号的同一族零件;为了运动仿真的快速重构,利用运动副建立运动骨架模型来描述零部件之间的运动关系。该建模方法应用在某虚拟冲压线的运动仿真上,完全满足实时、交互运动仿真的要求。
Due to the virtual stamping production line system of automobile panels with large-scale assembly model,the modeling method based on one-level assembly relation and assembly skeleton model was proposed in order to improve the real time abilities of interoperating kinematics simulation for huge data digital mock-up under virtual environment.Assembly model was generated by motion skeleton model and sub-assembly model,which was composed of solid model or polygonal representation and its assembly skeleton model.In order to avoid repeat restriction and the complex solution of kinematics simulation,those components with relative motion in the assembly model needed to be parts or products of only one level assembly relation,i.e."one-level" assembly method.Assembly skeleton model was obtained by restructuring the assembly reference of parts and reflect them on the virtual models in order to make models become parameterized and automated.Motion skeleton model described the motion relation of parts or products by motion pairs.From practical application,this modeling method is approved validated.
