脱脂机组卷取工艺综合优化技术的开发 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统方法设定脱脂机组卷取工艺时易出现粘结、松卷、心形卷等缺陷的问题,经过大量的现场试验与理论分析,充分考虑到脱脂机组的设备及生产工艺特点,改变以往脱脂机组卷取张力的设定以表格法为主的思路,首次将脱脂工序与下游罩式退火工序紧密地结合起来,以粘结缺陷最小为优化目标函数,以将不出现松卷与心形卷缺陷作为约束条件,提出了一套新的脱脂机组卷取张力综合优化方法,以二次曲线的形式给出了卷取张力随半径变化的曲线。该方法操作简单、实用。采用该技术方法可以使钢卷内部应力分布更趋合理,最大限度地降低粘结、松卷以及心形卷缺陷发生的概率,提高下游机组的生产效率、产品质量与成材率。 Against the defects of bonding,loose winding,heart-shaped winding that occurred frequently in use of traditional methods to set the crimp process of degreasing unit,after a number of field experiments and theoretical studies,and considering fully the equipment and the technical characteristics of degreasing unit,and also changed the previous thought that the setting value of the coiling tension of degreasing unit usually on the basis of the tabular method.Integrated the degreasing process and the process of hood-type annealing furnace firstly and closely,setting the minimum value of the defects bonding as the optimization objective function,and setting a constraint condition that both loose winding and heart-shaped winding were eliminated,then a new scheme to optimize and set the coiling tension of degreasing unit was put forward.As the variation curve of coiling tension with the change in radius was given in conic form,the optimization method is simple,practical and convenient.By using the technology of synthesized optimization,the distribution of internal stress in steel coil is more reasonable.And it can lessen the probability of some defects in a maximum extent,such as bonding,loose winding,heart-shaped winding and so on.So the production efficiency,quality of product and the rolling yield of downstream unit will be improved.
