电袋复合除尘器内臭氧产生和分解规律的研究 被引量:4

Study on ozone generation rule in an electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator

摘要 采用高压放电装置模拟电袋复合式除尘器的电场区,研究电压、空气温度、气体流速等因素对臭氧产生浓度的影响,对工业除尘装置中的臭氧浓度进行检测.研究结果表明,模拟电袋复合式除尘器电场区和工业电袋复合除尘器内臭氧浓度很低,最高不超过0.001mg·L-1. In this paper,the effect of voltage,air temperature,gas flow rate and other factors on the ozone concentration were investigated and the law of production and decomposition of ozone was also discussed by using a high-voltage discharge device as electrostatic precipitators.The concentration of ozone in the on site electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator was also measured.The results demonstrated that the concentration of ozone inside both experimental electrostatic precipitator and industrial electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator was very low(0.001 mg·L-1).
