摘要
利用菌株对氯酸钾的抗性,在粟蠕孢菌(Helminthosporium setariae)中筛选氮代谢营养缺陷突变株,获得25株性状稳定的突变菌株。
The method of selecting auxotrophs by the character of resistance to chlo- rate was used for mutant isolating in Helminthosporiurn setariae first,and chlorate resistant mutants were isolated following irradiation of conidia with ultraviolet light.Two stable mutants were obtained.
