摘要
在计量学中使用CCD将大大地提高测量精度、速度和自动化程度,而微型计算机的引入又将极大地促进CCD应用的发展。本文主要介绍用CCD-微型机所构成的尺寸检测系统,并介绍了如何解决系统构成中的一些技术难题,成功地利用数据压缩和多次重复采样求平均新方法来提高和保证系统的检测精度。该检测系统具有高速、动态、非接触式等检测优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
This article mainly introduces the Dimension Measurement System to be composed of CCD-Microcomputcr. We solve several technical problem in the system and Succeed in using Data-compression and Mualliple Sampling Average Method to ensure the inspecting accuracy. This system has high speed, dynamic,non-contact etc.advantages and has widely applications.
