摘要
财务管理是经济管理的重要组成部分,其好坏直接关系到事业单位经济效益的提高。通过介绍农业事业单位这一非营利组织的财务管理现状及特点,分析存在的主要问题,提出农业事业主管部门应建立完善的财务监督、控制、管理机制,强化意识,规范行为,严肃纪律,加强队伍建设,确保资金使用效益的最大化。
Financial management is an important part of economic management and it relates directly to the improvement of the economic benefits of a unit. This article presents the current financial management and its features of agricultural institutions,makes analysis on the existent problems,and puts forward such measures as improving financial supervision,control,and management,heightening awareness,regularizing behavior,and strengthening team construction so as to maximize the uses of funds.
