摘要
目的提高健康教育效果和有效落实基础护理。方法将妇科400例择期手术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各200例。对照组按常规方法进行健康教育及基础护理;观察组应用自编围术期健康教育路径表进行健康教育,按照自编基础护理项目落实表完成基础护理措施。结果观察组健康知识知晓程度、基础护理质量评分及患者满意度显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论应用健康教育路径表与基础护理项目落实表,可提高健康教育效果和基础护理质量,从而提高患者满意度。
Objective To improve the effect of health education and quality of fundamental nursing care.Methods Totally,400 patients admitted to gynaecological ward and having a scheduled surgery were randomized into a control group（n=200） and an observation group（n=200）.The control group were subjected to regular methods of health education and fundamental nursing care,while their counterparts in the observation group employed a self-made table in health education.The table listed out items of fundamental nursing procedures and health education based on clinical pathway,and nurses implemented fundamental nursing procedures against the table item by item.Results The knowledge level of health,the quality score of fundamental nursing care,and patients′ satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.01 for all）.Conclusion Application of health education pathway list and fundamental nursing care list can improve the effectiveness of health education and quality of fundamental nursing service.Therefore,patients′ satisfaction is improved.
