摘要对9例髋臼骨折患者应用C型臂X线透视影像导航经皮螺钉固定技术进行微创治疗。结果手术均获成功,术后随访8～22个月,经X线摄片示临床愈合,Joel M Matta功能评分优2例、良6例、可1例;未发生与手术相关的感染、神经血管损伤、异位骨化等并发症。提出对患者术前注重健康教育和术前准备,术后注重病情观察、体位护理,加强康复锻炼,是手术成功的重要保证。
