摘要
称谓是一种重要的社交礼仪。在跨文化交际中,人们常常因为对方不恰当的称谓而陷入尴尬的境地。根据使用场合的不同,人们把称谓语划分为两类:亲属称谓语和社交称谓语。本文把探讨的范围限于社交称谓语,从英汉社交称谓语的比较谈起,分析跨文化交际中社交称谓语的误用,并提出解决的办法。
Addressing is an important social etiquette.During cross-cultural communication,people often feel embarrassed by the inappropriate address terms.According to different occasions,address terms can be divided into two groups：social address terms and kinship address terms.In this paper,study is restricted to social address terms.This paper gives a comparative study of social address terms,analyzes misuse of address terms in cross-cultural communication,and puts forward some resolutions to misuse.
