摘要
为推动西岗教育跨越式发展,大连市西岗区教师进修学校积极构建研究型教师进修学校体系,完善区域教育发展思路,提升区域教育的研究和服务能力。文中详细阐述了研究型教师进修学校的内涵、理念、管理机制、工作载体、资源整合,并结合实例介绍了有关教师教育、校本研修的教研模式和研修方式,总结了西岗区教师进修学校建设研究型教师进修学校的主要成效。
To promote leap-forward development of Xigang District education,Dalian Xigang District Teachers＇ Training School constructs its research-oriented school system,improves regional education development thought,and enhances research and service capacity of regional education.The paper expounds connotation,notion,management,work carrier and resource integration.It introduces research mode and training methods of teacher education and school-based research,and it summarizes the achievements made by the school in the construction of research-oriented teachers＇ training school.
