摘要 文章从主观和客观两个角度对教师的课堂教学活动进行了全面的评价。宏观上从教师授课质量和学生学习质量两大模块对课堂教学质量进行综合评价,着重对教师授课这一模块进行了深入的研究。参考了学校教务处的教学评价系统的指标体系,建立了侧重于学生经验和主观感受的层次分析法(AHP)的数学模型,合理确定了各指标的权重系数;最终结合主客观两方面计算出了课堂教学质量的综合评价结果。 This article has made an overall evaluation of the teacher's classroom activities from the subjective and objective points of view,as well as a comprehensive assessment of classroom teaching quality from the two modules concerning the teacher's teaching quality and students' learning results,mainly focusing on the teacher's teaching.The index system in the teaching evaluation system used by the Academic Affairs Office was consulted to establish an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) mathematical model focusing on student's experiences and subjective feelings.The weight coefficient of each index factor was reasonably determined.Finally a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching quality was calculated in combination of the objective and subjective factors.
