摘要
建立了成品油分销网络合作伙伴的综合评价指标体系,并引入能将"不知道"和"不确定"区分开来的D-S证据理论,利用该理论中的数据融合技术对5个意向合作企业进行了评价,并得到了最终的评价分值和排序.
This paper establishesd an indicator system for comprehensive evaluation on oil distribution network partners based on the D-S theory,which can distinguish "unknown" and "uncertain".Using the data fusion technology in evidential reasoning approach,the candidate cooperation companies were evaluated,and the final evaluation scores and sequence were obtained.
