摘要
本文提出了鉴定花培再生植株结实性的可靠指标:即以主茎心叶下,第二叶尖的保卫细胞长度达65μm以上,为自然加倍的可育植株;反之,如长度在65μm以下者,则为不育的单倍体植株,准确度达90%以上,且能及时采取措施,挽救不育株以减少损失;更重要的是:看到为保证植株的结实性,保卫细胞大小必须达到一定水平。这一遗传规律,可供细胞工程和育种工作者参考。
This paper suggested a dependable trait fo identify the fertility of pollen plants regenerated,which was whether the length of guard cell on the tip of the second leaf below the heart leaf of mainstem was over 65 μm or not.If the lenth of guard cell was over 65 μm,the plants were autonomic double and fertile.Meanwhile,if that was below 65 μm,the plants were haploid and ste- rile.Using the information we could rescue the sterility in time and reduced the loss.It is most important that we discovered reaching certain level of gua- rd cell was the permise fer the plant fertility.The detection of genetic law is worth commonly refercing for the cell engineers and breeders.
