摘要
介绍了中国石化股份有限公司九江石化公司化肥装置热电联供3#汽轮发电机组汽轮机、氮气压缩机组和空气压缩机组的透平机叶片结垢的原因和危害。采用低压饱和湿蒸汽清洗去除了叶片结垢。并在生产运行中加强水质监督,保证蒸汽品质,取得了明显的效果,从而提高了机组的运行效率,保障了机组高效、安全、稳定、经济运行。
This paper introduced the scale causes and hazards of SINOPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company fertilizer plant nitrogen compressor, air compressor and thermoelectric turbine blade, and took the appropriate approach and a number of improvements to remove the scale. We enhanced water quality in the production operation supervision, ensured the steam quality, achieved significant results, improved the unit＇s operating efficiency, protected the safety and economic operation of the unit.
