Application of ZigBee Technology in Wireless Sensor Networks

摘要 ZigBee是一种全新的低复杂度、低成本和低功耗的双向无线通信技术,完整的协议栈只有32 KB,且可以嵌入到各种电子信息设备中.由于无线传感器网络本身要求的技术特点,所以ZigBee技术作为无线传感器节点的无线通讯是切实可行的.我们通过应用ZigBee技术来构建无线传感器网络,并利用星型拓扑结构组成无线网络,对居民小区燃气表数据无线传输系统进行了研究并实现了该设计目标,因此为构建无线传感器网络提出了一个很好的解决方法. ZigBee is a new low-complexity,low-cost and low-power two-way wireless communications technology,its complete protocol stack is only 32 KB,and can be embedded in a variety of devices.Moreover,due to itself requirement about the technological Characteristics of the WSN,it can be seen that ZigBee wireless technology as the wireless sensor nodes is feasible.We explore the wireless data transmission of the gas meter in the residential area by employ ZigBee technology and the star LAN structure to construe the wireless net,and achieve the design goal.So it can provide a good solution to construe wireless sensor network.
