摘要
基于负载敏感的调距桨电液系统在调距时,为避免控制作用过于频繁,消除频繁动作所引起的振荡问题,提出带死区的PID控制算法设计,并进行实船验证.应用结果表明,带死区的PID控制算法用于负载敏感的调距桨电液系统控制是有效的,对小螺距调距时产生的系统振荡有很好的控制效果.
In order to avoid constant control actions and remove the oscillation caused through overuse during the adjustment on sensitive loads CPP electro-hydraulic system,this paper presents an algorithm design of PID control algorithm with dead zone,and which has been verified on ships.The results showed that the algorithm of PID control algorithm with dead zone has a good performance on both sensitive loads CPP electro-hydraulic control system and oscillation that caused in the adjustment of pitches.
