摘要
人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源，也是企业发展最关键的因素，而激励是人力资源的重要内容。激励这个概念是指用多种有效的方法调动员工的积极性和创造性，使员工努力去完成组织的任务，实现组织的目标。因此也可以说激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。如何运用好激励机制也成为各个企业面临的一个十分重要的课题。

Drove this concept is refers with many kinds of effective methods arouses staff＇s enthusiasm and the creativity, causes the staff to complete the organization diligently the duty,the realization organization＇s goal. Therefore also may say the drive mechanism utilization the quality is to a certain extent decides the enterprise prosperity and decline an important attribute.
