护理专业学生实习阶段自选带教老师的效果分析

摘要 目的:观察护理专业学生实习阶段自选带教老师的效果。方法:2009年以前,我院对护理专业实习生随意分配带教老师,2009年开始.我院实行护理专业实习生自选带教老师,现随机抽取248名分别于2007年,2008年及2009年在我院实习的护理专业学生,分析其实习效果。结果:2009年实习的护理专业学生实习效果明显好于2007年及2008年(p〈0.05,p〈0.01及p〈0.001)。结论:护理专业学生实习阶段自选带教老师可明显提高实习效果。 Objective: The observation nursing specialized student practises the stage optional guidance and teaching teacher's effect. Methods:Before 2009,my courtyard to nurses the specialized intern to assign guidance and teaching teacher at will,in 2009 starts, my courtyard implements nursing specialized intern optional guidance and teaching teacher, presently draw an item at random 248 separately in 2007 ,in 2008 and in 2009 in my courtyard practice nursing specialized student,analyzes its practice effect. Results: In 2009 practises the nursing specialized student practises the effect obvious good in 2007 and in 2008(p〈0.05,p〈0.01 and p〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: Nurses the specialized student to practise stage optional guidance and teaching teacher to be possible to enhance the practice effect obviously.
