摘要
本文采用硝酸纤维素膜脾内埋植免疫， 利用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术， 首次制备了抗菌肽ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎ ＩＩ的单克隆抗体（ｍＡｂ）， 获得４ 株稳定分泌抗ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎＩＩｍＡｂ 的杂交瘤细胞株。利用该ｍＡｂ 对提取的ｍａｇａｉｎｉｎ ＩＩ进行竞争性ＥＬＩＳＡ 和免疫组化分析， 均获得较满意的效果。
