摘要
作为井下四大部件之一的保护器在整个潜油电泵机组中起着至关重要的作用,保护器主要用于保护潜油电机在油井中的正常工作,即密封、呼吸补偿、压力平衡和承载作用。保护器所遇到的任何问题必然会直接或间接导致电泵机组失效。对此针对保护器止推轴承、机械密封、胶囊、单向阀这几个关键点,对保护器应用中出现的问题进行研究分析。
The protector is one part of the electric submersible pump′s four parts,The protector is mainly used to protect the submersible motor in oil well,that has important function,such as seal function,breath compensates,pressure balance,load function.When the protector meets problems,that will directly or indirectly cause the electric submersible pump to fail.The problems appeared in the application of protector are researched and analyzed aiming at thrust bearing,mechanical seal,bag,check valve.
