摘要
目的：分析几种常见的肾脏功能指标分别与肾间质纤维化的相关性，探讨几种常见的肾脏功能指标对预测慢性肾病患者肾间质纤维化程度的价值。方法：选择95例经肾脏穿刺活检术并确诊为原发性肾小球肾炎的慢性肾脏病患者。收集其肾脏功能评价指标，将各肾功能指标与肾间质纤维化程度（Ri）进行相关性分析。结果：Ccr与Ri负相关，β2-MG、Scr、与Ri均存在正相关关系。结论：肾功能指标β2-MC、Scr、Ccr均可用以预测肾脏病理肾间质纤维化程度，其相关系数依次由高到低。
Objective： Analyzes several kind of common kidney function target separately with the interrenal nature fibrosis rele vance,discusses several kind of common kidney function target to forecast the chronic nephrosis patient interrenal nature fibrosis de gree the value. Methods：Chooses 95 examples and diagnoses after the kidney puncture biopsy technique for the primary renal glomer ulus nephritis chronic renopathy patient. Collects his/her the kidney function appraisal target, carries on various kidneys function tar get and interrenal nature fibrosis degree（Ri）the relevant analysis. Results： Ccr and the Ri inverse correlation,β2-MG, Scr, have the correlational dependence with Ri. Conclusion：Kidney function target β2-MG, Scr,Ccr available forecast the kidney pathology inter renal nature fibrosis degree,its correlation coefficient in turn from high to low.
