摘要
目的：观察米索前列醇在早期妊娠人工流产术前应用的临床效果。方法：于人流术前阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇600big行药物扩宫，放药后3～5h作吸宫人流术51例，与对照组50例条件相同而术前未用药者进行比较分析。结果：实验组人流时宫颈变软，松弛可入6～7．5号宫颈扩张器者43例，总有效率84．31％；对照组人流时宫颈变软，松弛可入6～7．5号宫颈扩张器者19例，总有效率38％，两组经X2检验，P〈0．01。结论：阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇可使宫颈变软，宫口松驰，是一种有助人流术的简便、安全、有效的药物扩宫法。

Conclusion：After the vagina the dome laying aside rice rope front row mellow may cause the cervix of the uterus to change soft, the palace mouth is loose, is one kind is helpful the stream of people technique easily, safe, the effective medicine to expand the palace method.
